All orders are processed in US Dollars.

Shipping time is 7-10 business days within the United States, and 20-30 business days to the rest of the world. This does not include a processing time, of 2-3 business days.

During the checkout process, shipping charges are displayed before an order is confirmed. The shipping charges include a handling fee.

Orders shipping in the US and placed by 10am EST are generally processed the same business day. Orders placed after 10am EST, are processed the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

All orders depend on credit card fund authorization and product availability. If the credit card declines or the product is on backorder, shipping time is directly affected.

Lost Packages

While The Neat Company makes a good faith effort to track and correct any errors in shipment, The Neat Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, delays in shipping due to weather conditions, incorrect shipping addresses or missing shipping information.

  • If the shipping address is entered incorrectly by the customer, and a change is required to the final destination address, a $17 intercept fee will apply.
  • If the package is returned to sender due to the customer not meeting these arrangements, a reshipping fee will apply. If the product is returned, shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If your order was shipped and never delivered, please contact us at support@iphoneguards.com to open a lost package claim. Claims must be filed no more than five (5) days after the expected delivery date.
